In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, Dunelm Group plc ("Dunelm") has been informed that the following Directors of Dunelm have been appointed to the Board of Card Factory plc, the shares of which have today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities:

·      Geoff Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman of Dunelm, has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of Card Factory plc.

·    David Stead, Finance Director of Dunelm, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Card Factory plc.
