Inchcape plc, the global premium automotive group, today announces that Coline McConville will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2014. 

Ken Hanna said:

"We are delighted that Coline has agreed to join the Group as a Non-Executive Director.  Her global experience across many industries will be of great benefit to us and I welcome Coline to the Board."

Coline spent 10 years with Clear Channel International Limited where she held the position of

Chief Executive Officer - Europe from 2003 to 2006 having previously been Group Development Director from 1996 and Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to 2002.  She was responsible for the non-US operations with reporting responsibilities spanning Europe, Asia and Africa.  Coline began her career in management consultancy, working with both McKinsey & Co in London and the LEK Partnership in Munich.  She is a law graduate with an MBA from Harvard.

Coline is a Non-Executive Director of TUI Travel plc, Wembley National Stadium and UTV Media plc and was previously a Non-Executive Director of Shed Media plc and HBOS plc.

There is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 relating to the appointment to the Board of Coline McConville.
