Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 13 May 2014, Simon Jackson, a Director of the Company, had exercised options over an aggregate 29,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Enterprise Management Scheme ("EMI") share option scheme.

17,000 options were exercised at a price of £2.15 and 12,500 options were exercised at a price of £2.905. Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 29,500 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 20 May 2014.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,379,822 Ordinary Shares in issue.
