CVS, the UK's leading provider of veterinary services, was notified on 9 May 2014 that Richard Connell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased on that day 3,500 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 289 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Richard Connell is interested in 83,891 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.14 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
