Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 09 May 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 25,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 648.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 641.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 454,749,738 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
