Notification of Final Results and

Annual General Meeting dates

Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster', 'the Company' or 'the Group'), the AIM listed supplier of system solutions and products to the security, defence, fire protection and safety markets worldwide, is pleased to announce that it will be announcing its audited results for the year ending 31st December 2013 on 30th May 2014.

The Company's Board looks forward to providing shareholders with more detail in relation to the growing Managed Services pipeline of opportunities around the world, which has significantly increased over the past 12 months. In May 2013, the Company announced that it was in discussions with a number of airports serving, in aggregate, 4.3m PAX. In August 2013, it announced that the number of PAX within its prospect pipeline had grown to nearly 10m. Today, the number of PAX in the prospect pipeline is more than twice that number, with discussions at various stages.  These numbers include the East African airport project which has taken longer than anticipated to finalise due to the Government's internal processes and which remains an active and advanced opportunity.

As previously announced, Westminster's Annual General Meeting will be held at Westminster House, Blacklocks Hill, Banbury, OX17 2BS at 10.30am on 25th June 2014.
