Board Announcement

The Company announces that Peter Latham, Chairman of James Latham, is currently in hospital following a serious accident.  The Board and employees of the Company are thinking of Peter and his family and wish him a speedy recovery.   As an interim measure, the Board has agreed that Meryl Bushell, Non-executive Director, will perform the role of acting Chairman until further notice.
