Notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their connected persons

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, the Company announces that it was today notified (in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R) that the following acquisitions of the Company's ordinary shares of 60 pence each by directors of the Company and/or their connected persons took place in London today. Each of these transactions took place pursuant to the 5 for 13 rights issue at 790 pence per new ordinary share announced by the Company on 27 March 2014.
