Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 07 May 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 85,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 646.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 639.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 454,803,475 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
