Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Ocado Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Ruth Anderson, who is a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Guinness Peat Group PLC ("GPG") with effect from 16 April 2014. Ruth is currently a non-executive director of GPG's subsidiary company, Coats plc.
