In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), Hays plc (the "Company") notifies that, on 1 May 2014, Alistair Cox, a Director, exercised options over 8,058 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 112p per share pursuant to the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme. All shares were retained on exercised.
