Resignation and Appointment of Directors

Greggs plc announces that, following the close of the Annual General Meeting held today, and as previously announced, Iain Ferguson and Julie Baddeley have resigned as directors of the company. Sandra Turner has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, and assumes the roles of Remuneration Committee Chair, and Senior Independent Director.
