At the AGM  this morning, all resolutions were passed.

Appointment of Director

Biome Technologies plc is pleased to announce that Declan Brown will be re-joining the Board shortly as Group Finance Director.

Mr Brown, aged 40, was previously Group Finance Director at the Company from September 2011 to November 2012. He has also been Chief Financial Officer at V.Ships Capital and has held senior financial positions at Philip Morris Limited, and Sappi Fine Paper plc.  Mr Brown completed his chartered accountancy qualification whilst working for KPMG and he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Essex.

Commenting on the appointment, John Standen, Chairman said:

"We are delighted to welcome Declan back to the Board as we make progress on delivering our strategy.  Declan served the business well in his previous tenure and we look forward to working with him again."
