DIRECTOR DEALING

Miton Group plc ('MGR'), the AIM quoted fund management company, has today been advised that the following director has on 17 April 2014 and today completed the purchase of shares in the Company as follows:

·     David Barron and his wife have acquired 280,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 45.58p each.

Following this transaction Mr. Barron and wife hold 280,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.17 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
