Staffline confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 has been posted to shareholders today, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy. It is also available from the Company's website: www.staffline.co.uk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 19-20 The Triangle, NG2 Business Park, Nottingham, NG2 1AE on Thursday, 15 May 2014 at 10.00 a.m.
