DIRECTOR DEALING

Miton Group plc ('MGR'), the AIM quoted fund management company, was notified on 14 April 2014 that in accordance with the announcement made on 8 April 2014, Martin Gray, a director, disposed of 800,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of 44.50 pence per Share on 14 April 2014.  The proceeds of the Share disposal will be used primarily to fund the subscription costs and the taxation and national insurance liabilities arising on the previously announced exercise of his options to subscribe for the 1,000,000 Shares.

Following the exercise of options and this disposal Martin Gray holds 2,535,238 Shares in the Company.
