Tullow announces that Steve Lucas (Non-executive Director) purchased 600 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of Tullow ('Shares') at a price of £8.53 per Share on the London Stock Exchange on 14 April 2014 which represents his total holding in Shares.  

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a).
