Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that on 15 April 2014 Rise Rocks Limited ("Rise Rocks"), a company in which Mr Peter WG Tom CBE, a director of the Company, has a beneficial interest, was granted an option under the Company's Non-Employee Performance Share Plan ("Plan") to acquire 701,098 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share.  The award is subject to satisfaction of a performance condition based on underlying EPS growth over the three year period ending on 31 December 2016.

As at the date of this announcement the above options are the only options held by either Rise Rocks or Mr Tom under the Plan. 

In addition, Mr Tom is interested in 47,741,867 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.47 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
