Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2013 and Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting 

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and the 2014 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Tribal announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2013 on 14 March 2014.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website by accessing: http://www.tribalgroup.com/investors

The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on 16 May 2014 at the offices of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.
