Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 128,495 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to trading on AIM. The New Shares have been issued to employees of the Company in to fulfil options Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 15 April 2014.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue on the date of admission of the New Shares will be 62,829,688. Of this total, 700,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights will be 62,129,688.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
