Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 11 April that on the same day, Nick Kelsall, Group Chief Executive of the Company, transferred his beneficial interest in and the legal title to 931,455 ordinary shares of 1p each in Norcros to his wife, Mrs Susan Kelsall, at a consideration of 10.56 pence per share.

Nick Kelsall's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this transfer remains unchanged, and is 7,865,143 ordinary shares of 1p each.
