Further to the release of the Company's Preliminary Results announcement on 18th March 2014, the Company announces that it has today posted the following documents on its website at www.tclarke.co.uk/investor-relations:

·     2013 Annual Report and Financial Statements

·     Notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.00 am on Friday 9th May 2014 at 200 Aldersgate, St Paul's, London EC1A 4HD.

A copy of each of the documents listed has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism ('NSM') and can be accessed via the NSM website at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.  The Company's Preliminary Results Announcement released on 18th March 2014 contained all the information required by DTR 6.3.5.
