Land Securities Group PLC scrip dividend

Land Securities Group PLC confirms that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for 1,648,312 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading, in relation to the operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the third interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2014, payable on

11 April 2014.  Dealings are expected to commence on 11 April 2014 and the shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

In accordance with the terms of the scrip dividend 1,648,312 ordinary shares are to be issued at a price of 1041.40 pence per share.
