Chemring Group PLC ("the Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 278,871 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued pursuant to the exercise of 222,874 employee share options under The Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan and 55,997 employee share options under The Chemring Group 2008 US Stock Purchase Plan. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 11 April 2014.
