AGM Statement and Interim Management Statement

Porvair plc ("Porvair"), the specialist filtration and environmental technology group will today, 8 April 2014, make the following Interim Management Statement at its Annual General Meeting:

Porvair has made a good start to the 2014 financial year.  In the four months to 31 March 2014, revenues were around 23% ahead of the same period in the prior year. In constant currencies, revenue growth would have been 26%, of which 15% was attributable to several large projects as outlined at the time of the preliminary results. Underlying revenue growth in constant currencies was 11%.

The outlook for the coming months is encouraging. Order books are healthy and the large engineering projects referred to above are progressing according to plan.  

The Company will be announcing its interim results for the six months ending 31 May 2014 on Monday 23 June 2014.
