Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - Awards previously made to PDMRs on 7 April 2011 under the Company's Performance Share Plan (the 'Plan') vested today. The Plan specifies certain performance criteria and, as a result, participants received 52.7 per cent of their original awards. Under the terms of the Plan further nil cost awards were made over the 6p ordinary shares equivalent to the rolled up dividends between grant and vesting ('Rolled Up Dividends').

As a result the following Rolled Up Dividends were received and are exercisable until 7 April 2021:
