South West Water designated an 'enhanced' company by Ofwat

Ofwat has announced today that South West Water's business plan has been granted 'enhanced' status. This follows South West Water's submission to Ofwat of an updated business plan reflecting acceptance of the regulator's risk and reward guidance published on 27 January 2014.

Ofwat has stated that it will publish a draft determination for South West Water as an enhanced company on 30 April 2014 which the company will now await.
