The Company was notified today by David Hughes, a director of the Company, that earlier today he purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6.80 pence per share and 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6.79 pence per share.

After this purchase David Hughes holds 3,058,933 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
