Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that on 2 April 2014 the following directors of the Company were granted a conditional award under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") to acquire the number of ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") set against their name below.  The awards are subject to satisfaction of a performance condition based on underlying EPS growth over the three year period ending on 31 December 2016.

As at the date of this announcement the above Ordinary Shares are the only awards held by the Directors under the PSP. 

In addition, Mr Vivian is interested in 16,274,371 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.62 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  Mr Wood holds no Ordinary Shares in the Company.
