Confirmation of Quarterly Interim Dividend

Assura Group Limited ("Assura"), the UK REIT(1)and leading primary care property investor and developer, confirms that the fourth quarterly interim cash dividend for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2014 of 0.45 pence per share will be paid on 23 April 2014 to shareholders on the register on 11 April 2014 (the "Record Date"). The ex-dividend date will be 9 April 2014. No Property Income Distribution ("PID") is included in this interim dividend.
