Hays plc (the "Company")

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), the Company notifies that, on 31 March 2014, the following Directors/PDMRs were granted options over the stated number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 131p per share pursuant to the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme. The options will become exercisable from 1 May 2017 until

31 October 2017.
