Director and Connected Person Share Dealings

On 31 March 2014, Soumen Das, Finance Director of the Company, exercised 10,000 HMRC approved share options awarded under the Company's Performance Share Plan in March 2011 at an exercise price of £1.5773 per share.

On exercise, 5,000 shares were transferred to Mr Das' wife, Mrs Dipa Das. All 10,000 shares were subsequently sold at a price of £3.52 per share.

Following these transactions, Soumen Das holds 236,470 shares in the company, which represents 0.031% of the issued share capital and holds LTIP awards over 3,088,816 share options which remain subject to performance conditions and/or service holding periods.
