Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 31 March 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 65,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 649.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 642.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 455,939,380 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
