The Company was notified today that Ian King, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised options over 89,940 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc under the BAE Systems Performance Share Plan at nil consideration on 27 March 2014 and subsequently disposed of 49,341 of those shares at a price of 410.2 pence per share.
