BONUS SHARE SCHEME AWARDS

Persimmon Plc ("the Company") announces that on 28 March 2014 the following awards of ordinary shares were made to Executive Directors under the Company's Bonus Share Scheme for the year ended 31 December 2013:

The awards will vest half on the announcement of the Company's 2014 results and half on the announcement of the Company's 2015 results.
