Annual Report and Accounts, and Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that a copy of the 2013 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 29 April 2014 at 12 noon have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.  The 2013 Annual Report and Accounts are divided into two books: the Strategic Report and the Directors' Report, and the 2013 Financial Statements, which are collectively referred to as the Annual Report and Accounts.
