Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 26 March 2014 that on the same day, Martin Towers, Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Norcros at a price of 20.37p each and that his wife, Mrs Emma Towers, purchased 55,000 shares at a price of 20.34p.  Both purchases were made via their respective investment accounts administered by Hargreaves Lansdown.

Martin Towers' beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 843,635 ordinary shares of 1p each.
