SCRIP CALCULATION PRICE AND PAYMENT DATE
Land Securities Group PLC (the "Company") offers shareholders the opportunity to elect for Ordinary Shares credited as fully paid in lieu of cash dividends by participating in its Scrip Dividend Scheme (the "Scrip").
On 22 January 2014, the Company announced a third interim dividend of 7.6 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 31 March 2014. The Scrip calculation price for those who elected to receive the Scrip alternative is 1041.40 pence.
The scrip calculation price was the average of the closing middle market quotations of an Ordinary Share, derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List, for the five consecutive business days from
18 March to 24 March 2014 (inclusive). The deadline for applications under the Scrip was 17 March 2014.
The payment of the dividend will occur on 11 April 2014 to shareholders on the register on 14 March 2014.
On 22 January 2014, we announced the ending of the Scrip and the launch of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("Drip") after the third interim dividend has been paid on 11 April 2014. Information on the Drip including terms and conditions, will be made available to shareholders following the payment of this third interim dividend.
