IG GROUP HOLDINGS PLC

ADDITIONAL LISTING

A listing application has been made for 2,515,952 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

IG Group Long Term Incentive Plan (15,952 shares)

IG Group Value Sharing Plan (500,000 shares)

IG Group Sustained Performance Plan (2,000,000 shares).

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission of the shares is expected on 26 March 2014.
