Croda International Plc - Annual Financial Report

Croda International Plc (the "Company") confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at

12 noon on 24 April 2014 at the Royal York Hotel, Station Road, York, North Yorkshire, YO24 1AA.

The following documents are being mailed to shareholders today:

- Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2013

- Notice of Annual General Meeting

- Form of Proxy

- Sustainability Report

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of each of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
