Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 18 March 2014 Ramon Borrell, Research and Development Director, exercised options over 2,524 Xaar plc ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price 174 pence per share. The options had been granted under the Xaar plc 2007 Share Save Scheme on 21 December 2010 and vested on 1 February 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Borrell's beneficial interest in the Company has increased by 2,524 to 181,375 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
