Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that, on 17 March 2014 Harley Fairburn, son of Group Chief Executive Jeff Fairburn and a connected person, purchased 256 ordinary shares in the Company at £14.0537 per share.  The shares were purchased for an ISA account.  In addition, on 18 March 2014, Mrs Jayne Fairburn purchased 8,839 ordinary shares for her pension policy at £13.7238 per share.

Jeff Fairburn and his connected persons' total interests in the Company are 125,704 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company on 18 March 2014 is 304,731,768 ordinary shares.
