Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or "the Group") announces that on 18 March 2014, the persons named below, who are directors of NCC or connected persons of directors, sold in aggregate 6,092,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 200 pence per Ordinary Share. 

The respective beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Group following the transactions is set out below:
