Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - On 17 March 2014 awards were made to three Executive Directors at nil cost under the Company's Performance Share Plan to acquire ordinary 5 55/89p shares ('Shares') in the capital of the Company. The awards are subject to performance conditions measured over the three financial years from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2016 and none had a value in excess of 200 per cent of the recipient's basic annual salary. Details of the number of Shares over which awards were granted are set out in the table below.
