Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Richard Watson, a Director, has exercised options and sold the resulting ordinary 5 55/89p shares ("Shares") in the Company in a series of transactions as detailed below:

·      On 7 March 2014 Mr Watson exercised 103,003 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 643.132p each.

·      On 10 March 2014 Mr Watson exercised 25,812 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 640.238p each.

As a result of the above transactions Mr Watson has sold a total of 128,815 Shares in the Company.
