The Company has today been informed that on 12 March 2014, Mrs Hervor Clark, wife of Nigel Clark, Group Financial Director, sold 57,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 575 pence per share. Following the sale of the Ordinary Shares, Nigel's beneficial interest remains at 4,600 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03% of the Group's issued share capital.
