DCC plc announces that on 10 March 2014, 3,393 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2009. The subscription price paid for these shares was €0.25 per share.

DCC now has a total of 83,861,964 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 4,367,440 shares held in treasury.
