Hamilton, Bermuda- The Company has been notified that on 6 March 2014, Mr. Bronek Masojada, a Director, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 561,861 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each.

Following this transaction Mr. Masojada has a beneficial interest in 3,891,021 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each in the Company.
