Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 11 March 2014.

These Shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following scheme:

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 5 55/89p shares.
