Unaudited Net Asset Value and Final Dividend

The Directors announce that the unaudited net asset value per share as at 31 December 2013 was 98.6p per Ordinary Share (NAV Total Return 127.90p) and 94.0p per C Ordinary Share. The audited net asset values per share will be announced at the time of publication of the annual report.

The Directors are also pleased to propose a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2013 of 2.65p per Ordinary Share to be paid on 30 May 2014 to shareholders on the register as at 9 May 2014.
